Associate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to join our Estimating team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate Production: Develop and deliver high-quality estimates and cost plans for projects and programs, from order of magnitude estimates to detailed estimates.
- Estimating Support: Provide estimating support to major program setup and ensure that estimates are aligned with business objectives.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and manage a team of estimators, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality estimates and cost plans.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and new clients, and develop cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth.
- Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain estimating best practices and ensure that knowledge is shared across the team.
- Qualifications: Qualified to a high standard in estimating or quantity surveying, with proven relevant experience.
- Estimating Software: Experienced in using estimating software packages and able to develop and maintain estimating models.
- Infrastructure Experience: Proven experience of working on major programs and projects in the infrastructure sector, including rail, air, power, and highways.
- Leadership and Management: Experienced in leading and managing teams, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
