This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in presenting first aid training and specialist courses, teaching life-saving skills. As a First Aid Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals and groups, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver first aid training and specialist courses, teaching life-saving skills and techniques.
- Support learners in developing their confidence to provide potentially lifesaving support in an emergency.
- Travel to training venues, using your own vehicle, and be at ease working on your own.
- Prepare and deliver a range of training courses, and be assertive in presenting to mixed-ability groups.
- Have an engaging personality, strong communication skills, and be confident speaking in front of groups.
- Love listening to others, coming up with solutions to problems, and giving feedback.
- Hold a Training or Teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards one.
- Be IT literate and have experience of preparing and delivering training courses.
