Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and caring for our young people, while also overseeing the effective implementation of care and independence programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Support and care for our young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Oversee the effective implementation of care and independence programmes, ensuring that our young people receive the best possible support.
- Manage shift patterns on a rota basis, ensuring that our young people receive consistent and high-quality care.
- Line manage a small staff team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to provide the best possible care.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure that our young people receive a comprehensive and supportive service.
- A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People is essential for this role.
- Experience of working with children and young people with emotional, developmental, and/or behavioural difficulties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our young people, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, as the role requires regular travel to and from the home.
