Lead Our Homecare Services as a Registered Manager

Right at Home UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our homecare services. As a leader in the health and social care sector, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our clients through person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards to achieve an outstanding CQC rating.
  • Manage Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe environment for both staff and clients.
  • Implement policies and procedures to promote the business's aims and values consistently.
  • Enhance processes to deliver effective and efficient care services.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality care assistants, providing excellent training.
  • Guarantee high-quality care service delivery to clients through well-managed scheduling.
  • Conduct quality assurance activities, including Spot Checks and Service Reviews.
  • Engage in scheduled on-call duties to maintain seamless service delivery outside office hours.
  • Record and report Key Performance Indicators accurately to senior management.
Requirements
  • Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Previous management experience in the care industry.
  • UK or EU driving licence with regular access to your own car.
  • Legal right to work full-time in the UK.
