Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Confirming scheduled delivery routes for the week by contacting customers to inform them of delivery dates and times.
  • Verifying addresses and contact information, ensuring the system is updated accordingly.
  • Handling incoming calls from suppliers and customers, addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintaining an organized email inbox, promptly responding to any queries or concerns.
  • Reviewing order flags within the system to ensure all issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Organizing paperwork efficiently within the office environment.
  • Assisting with any additional tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Proficient in working within a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick thinker with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Work Schedule

The position requires availability during the following hours:

  • Monday: 7am to 1pm
  • Tuesday: 7am to 1pm
  • Wednesday: 7am to 1pm
  • Thursday: 12pm to 7pm
  • Friday: 12pm to 7pm
  • Saturday: 8am to 4pm

Experience Required

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: £15,000 - £20,000 per year
