The ideal Real Estate Sales Consultant will possess a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, present themselves exceptionally well, and demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with a genuine desire to excel in the property sector.

Real Estate Sales Consultant – Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients daily and manage inquiries effectively
  • Schedule property viewings using the agency's system
  • Maintain and update customer records within the database
  • Conduct property viewings alongside clients and identify their needs
  • Facilitate second viewings and negotiate offers where applicable
  • Document client feedback from viewings in the system
  • Generate and present offers
  • Ensure compliance with legislation throughout the sales process
  • Drive new business by arranging property valuation appointments
  • Foster relationships with colleagues and clients alike
  • Oversee and uphold daily administrative tasks and procedures
  • Coordinate with clients and solicitors to provide exceptional service
  • Maintain high standards of company documentation
  • Collaborate with third-party operators to exceed client expectations
  • Manage responsibilities in a cost-effective manner, adhering to budgets and company policies
  • Communicate the company's vision and values to clients and partners

Real Estate Sales Consultant – Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Sales Consultant in the real estate sector is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with real estate CRM systems
  • Natural sales ability and negotiation skills are crucial
  • Well-spoken and professionally presented
  • Target-oriented and ambitious
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong emphasis on punctuality
