About the Role:
Henderson Brown Recruitment is representing a distinguished client in search of a skilled Lead Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Commercial & Procurement Director to enhance revenue and profitability while delivering critical insights into the company's commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Commercial & Procurement Director and departmental leaders.
  • Deliver weekly reports, conduct trend and variance analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Create comprehensive commercial analysis and reporting to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Manage the Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Reforecasting processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of an ERP system scheduled for mid to late 2024.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in business partnering within the Produce or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Proficient in analyzing and articulating financial data to senior management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in translating financial information for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in establishing and upholding financial process controls.
  • Strong IT skills, including data modeling, mining, and evaluation (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is advantageous).
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
