Job Title: Financial Planning Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Director to lead our Business Planning team at the Raspberry Pi Foundation. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our annual business plan, budget, and financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the annual business plan, budget, and financial strategy
  • Partner with the leadership team to provide financial expertise and guidance
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis and insights to support decision-making
  • Support fundraising efforts by providing robust financial data and analysis
  • Embed cross-team collaboration and systems to establish a single source of truth on performance
Requirements:
  • Qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE or equivalent
  • Significant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing business plans
  • Experience with grant budgeting, reporting, and compliance
  • Familiarity with setting KPIs, tracking performance, and using data to inform decision-making
