Senior Business Development Manager

Are you a highly skilled sales professional looking to drive business growth and development in the industrial component sales sector?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team, responsible for promoting technologies, solutions, and products on behalf of a worldwide leader in factory and process automation.

About the Role
  • Manage distributor relationships in your region to maximise full value for the company
  • Drive sales growth and achieve sales targets
  • Work effectively from a home-based environment and travel across your region (Midlands, South-West of England & Wales) with occasional overnight stays
  • Deliver exceptional formal presentations at customer premises and online with video technology
Requirements
  • Experience of demonstrable sales growth in industrial component sales
  • Knowledge of automation solutions, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical drives
  • Negotiating high-value contracts and employment experience with a manufacturer or distributor
  • Strong interpersonal, writing, verbal communicating, listening, and general IT skills
