About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Finance Broker/Account Manager to join our team at Integro Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and maintaining relationships with customers to understand their financing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new business and selling our commercial finance solutions to SMEs in the UK.
  • Preparing and proposing lending solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
  • Working closely with our sales support and back office team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Service multiple clients at once and meet deadlines set.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with funders and introducers to expand our network.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commercial Finance Broker/Account Manager or similar.
  • An existing network of funders and introducers.
  • Proven, consistent figures.
  • Knowledge of how to structure finance deals and proposals.
  • Ability to work to a fast pace and meet deadlines.
  • Driven and money motivated.
