Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Insolvency Administrator to enhance our team. This role is ideal for those who possess a keen interest in numbers and problem-solving, and who wish to gain insights into business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Managers with corporate advisory projects for stakeholders of struggling businesses.
  • Collaborate with Directors, Clients, and Employees to identify issues, discuss solutions, and implement necessary actions.
  • Prepare documentation for meetings and manage paperwork for solvent, insolvent, and bankrupt clients.
  • Engage with creditors regarding claims and related matters.
  • Conduct annual and periodic reviews and generate reports.
  • Follow up on debtor responses.
  • Assist in drafting individual voluntary arrangements, company voluntary arrangement proposals, and creditor reports.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum GCSE Maths & English at grade C or above.
  • AAT/ATT qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the commercial factors impacting clients and the ability to assess the effectiveness of completed work.
  • A strong desire for professional growth and teamwork.
  • An analytical mindset with the capability to resolve technical challenges and meet client demands.
  • Proficient in systems and software relevant to the role.
