About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email and CRM Marketing Automation Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and optimize our Marketo system to ensure seamless data transfer between marketing and sales platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email content and design that resonates with our target audience.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation, with hands-on expertise in Marketo.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design customization.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce, MQLs, SQLs, and sales stages.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling email content.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with extracting and interpreting data to inform strategies.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work across functions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international or multilingual campaigns.
  • Passion for virtual reality, immersive technologies, and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Previous work in a tech or virtual reality company is a plus.
