Exciting Opportunity - HR Advisor

We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Advisor to join our dynamic team in the heart of our organization. As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our workforce, ensuring smooth operational efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and assist the unionized workforce
  • Deliver comprehensive HR support services, maintaining consistency in policy enforcement
  • Offer initial advice and coaching to managers on employee issues, escalating complex cases when necessary
  • Participate in and facilitate employee relations meetings as required
  • Manage personnel changes, including contract modifications and recruitment approvals
  • Utilize data to propose and implement HR initiatives
  • Support HR system maintenance and data accuracy
  • Work with L&D to identify training needs and opportunities
  • Constantly review and enhance HR processes for continuous improvement

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • CIPD Level 3 certification minimum
  • Prior experience with unionized workforce
  • Strong grasp of HR legislation and practices
  • Proven track record in HR advisory roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in the workplace
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
