Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration & Projects Manager - Corporate M&A to join our team at Michael Page Finance. As a key member of our Corporate M&A team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation and execution of post-merger integration plans.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, with relevant qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent. You will have experience in post-merger integration and strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation and execution of post-merger integration plans
  • Instigate and perform data analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Prepare strategic presentations and propose recommendations to optimize the performance of newly acquired companies
  • Partner with various functions across the company to drive integration efforts
  • Travel across Europe on a monthly basis to support integration projects

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in finance (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in post-merger integration
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex integration projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of M&A best practices, legal requirements, and regulatory considerations
  • Manufacturing and production experience ideal

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary in the range of £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
