  • Take ownership of the store's customer experience and engage with customers to ensure exceptional service.
  • Encourage and support initiatives to drive membership growth and retention.
  • Support the store manager in leading and coaching the store team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide supportive and engaging leadership to your team by observing and reviewing performance, setting goals, and providing feedback.
  • Be a positive role model to the team and represent the company's values.
  • Be actively involved in social initiatives and volunteering hours to support the local community.

Requirements:

  • Previous management experience.
  • Customer-focused and able to deliver excellent store experiences.
  • Natural ability to listen, interact, and communicate with customers and team members.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Confidence and a friendly, approachable nature.
