Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving Communications: Continuously improve all communication touchpoints to intrigue and excite customers, creating anticipation for our events and offerings.
  • Planning and Optimisation: Develop, implement, and review communication strategies to maximize impact and engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a small Communications and Marketing team to effectively deliver our strategy.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all communication channels and uphold brand guidelines.
  • Creative Content Creation: Produce high-quality, dynamic content for various channels, including press releases, and more.
  • Analytical Insight: Evaluate content performance using analytics, derive actionable insights, and report on progress.
  • Client and Partner Relationships: Build strong relationships with senior clients and Partners to establish key consultancy status and inspire, motivate, and educate them.
  • Driving Engagement: Provide clear tactical direction and create content that supports growth and adds value for our customers.
  • External Collaboration: Work with external suppliers to support content creation and distribution.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior communications role, with a focus on creative and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Excellent writing and storytelling abilities.
  • Content Strategy: Proficiency in content strategy and digital marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative Mindset: Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Salary: £40k - £50k, depending on experience with flexibility for an exceptional candidate.
