Cosmetics Retail Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Retail Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and the leadership of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and create a schedule that balances work-life harmony
- Utilize Microsoft Office to analyze sales data and create reports to inform business decisions

About You
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
