We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Training Professional to join our management team in Scotland. This is a unique opportunity to work with our regional client and contribute to their success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Pre-approving higher risk business files on a proactive basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Leading regular adviser T&C meetings, analyzing and discussing Key Performance Indicators.
  3. Involving in the recruitment and training of new IFA appointments, ensuring they meet the firm's compliance standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance regulations, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, financial crime anti-money laundering, data security, anti-bribery, fraud and corruption, and GDPR procedures. They will also have experience working in the Financial Sector, with a minimum of a Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) and a strong technical knowledge of the industry.
