Capital Delivery Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Capital Delivery Director to join our Senior Leadership Team and lead significant capital investment projects, promoting growth, digital capabilities, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct integrated delivery teams responsible for delivering a diverse program of wastewater treatment, infrastructure, and water projects to achieve AMP8 objectives.
  • Innovate and develop industry-leading initiatives focusing on outcomes rather than outputs, reducing carbon, enhancing natural capital, addressing climate change, and embracing new digital technologies.
  • Build and maintain professional networks and partners within the @one alliance.
  • Develop and grow relationships/partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, including EA, Defra, Local Planning Authorities, Councils, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the delivery and operational planning of significant infrastructure projects.
  • A strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience of the utilities sector assets preferable.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-value capital projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experienced with financial planning, budgeting, and headcount management.
