About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Delivery Director to join our team at Binnies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the delivery of our capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of capital projects, including the development of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to prevent or minimize their impact.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver projects successfully.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered in accordance with our company's values, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering capital projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
