- Contribute as an SLT member to the AMP8 Strategic Planning.
- Direct significant capital investment projects, promoting growth, digital capabilities, and sustainable solutions.
- Lead integrated delivery teams responsible for delivering a diverse programme of wastewater, infrastructure, and water projects to achieve AMP8 objectives.
- Innovate and develop industry-leading initiatives focusing on outcomes rather than outputs, reducing carbon, enhancing natural capital, and embracing new digital technologies.
- Build and maintain professional networks and partners within the @one alliance.
- Manage the profit and loss for the portfolio.
- Develop and grow relationships/partnerships with local and regional stakeholders, including EA, Defra, Local Planning Authorities, Councils, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of @one working with the Board of Directors and partner representatives.
- Extensive experience in the delivery and operational planning of significant infrastructure projects.
- Previous Director-level experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver long-term strategic plans aligned to business objectives in a collaborative environment.
- Strong understanding of industry standards, business operations, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience of the utilities sector assets preferable.
- Proven experience in delivering high-value capital projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experienced with financial planning, budgeting, and headcount management.
- Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills, using compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others.
