About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join our esteemed team at The Compleat Food Group. As a key member of our Finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial assets and liabilities to ensure liquidity, minimize financial risk, and optimize returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cash Management: Review day-to-day cash management activities, including weekly reviews of postings and bank reconciliations.
  • Cash Forecasting: Review the 13-week rolling cash forecast prepared by the Treasury Analyst and ensure cash balances are managed to agreed forecasts.
  • Funding and Risk Management: Maintain short, medium, and long-term funding forecasts and own the Supply Chain Finance process relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the Treasury team, developing their technical and soft skills, and support them through their qualifications.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant with a strong understanding of banking and cash flow forecasting.
  • People Management: Proven experience in leading a team and managing workload.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving: Advanced Excel skills and ability to work at pace with a demanding workload.
