Job Summary:

Sony Interactive Entertainment, a leading gaming company, is seeking a highly skilled IAM Engineer to join its Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta solutions to support SIE's IAM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Okta solutions to meet SIE's IAM needs
  • Collaborate with internal partners to gather requirements and define Okta architecture and integration strategies
  • Configure connectors to various endpoints in Okta
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, manuals, policies, and processes for Okta and other tools
  • Resolve identity-related issues across the SIE organization
  • Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to IT teams and partners on Okta standard processes, architecture, and implementation strategies
  • Perform regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required

Requirements:

  • Proven ability in automating identity-related solutions
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Providers, with 8+ years of experience with Okta
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of working independently and handling a diverse workload
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to issues or problems arising during non-business hours
  • Work with internal and external teams to resolve product and process-related issues
  • Ability and willingness to work with team members in different time zones

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expert knowledge of the Okta platform, with a focus on Workforce Identity
  • Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
  • Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications, directories, and systems
  • Scripting experience required
  • Good understanding of Okta REST APIs and Okta Workflows
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, IT processes, and procedures, information security, and systems implementations
  • Saviynt and Entra ID experience a plus, but not required
  • End-to-end ownership of automated identity solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and projects focused on Identity and Access Management
  • Experience with IAM delivery pipelines

Education:

  • BS/B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Technical certifications a plus, but not required
