Role Overview:

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional to join its IAM team. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Okta solutions to support SIE's IAM requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Okta solutions to meet SIE's IAM needs
  • Collaborate with partners to gather requirements and define Okta architecture and integration strategies
  • Configure connectors to various endpoints in Okta
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, manuals, policies, and processes for Okta and other tools
  • Resolve identity-related issues across the SIE organization
  • Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs
  • Provide technical mentorship and leadership to IT teams and partners on Okta standard processes, architecture, and implementation strategies
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of hands-on experience with Identity Providers, with 8+ years of experience with Okta
  • Proficiency in scripting languages
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under time constraints
  • Capable of working independently and handling a diverse workload
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to pending issues or problems arising during non-business hours
Desired Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of the Okta platform
  • Solid understanding of AuthN/AuthZ protocols
  • Experience with integrating Okta with enterprise applications, directories, and systems
  • Scripting experience required
  • Good understanding of Okta REST APIs and Okta Workflows
Education:
  • BS/B.A. in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Technical certifications a plus, but not required
