Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of both hot and cold meals.
- Support the head cook in ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment.
- Under the guidance of the head cook, keep accurate records of food supplies and monitor freezer/fridge temperatures.
- Be attentive to the diverse preferences and dietary needs of our residents.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic, and professional, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional service. Self-motivation and excellent communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food and hygiene certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, though training will be provided.
