Housekeeper Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team at Osbern Manor. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring the safe operation of all cleaning equipment, and providing excellent customer service to our residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the home.
  • Ensure the safe operation of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Remove rubbish and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clean resident's rooms and bathrooms to a high standard.
  • Monitor stock levels of cleaning materials and report any discrepancies.
  • Build excellent relationships with residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
