We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Professional to join our team at Osbern Manor. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our residential care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any cleaning or maintenance issues.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure all areas of the home are cleaned regularly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
