Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Commercial and Regulatory Legal Counsel or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and regulatory law, including employment law and civil litigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and staff.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide expert legal advice and guidance.
