About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Counselling Supervisor to join our team at South Liverpool Domestic Abuse Services. As a Counselling Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing counselling services to women recovering from domestic abuse and violence against women and girls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality counselling services to women from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • Supervise Counselling Diploma students on placement with our organisation.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic services that promote inclusion, equality, and fairness.
  • Recruit and support multi-lingual trainee and volunteer counsellors to provide talking therapies to women with limited English proficiency.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, 24 days' pro rata holiday leave, and a pension scheme. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, subject to funding.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be eligible to work in the UK and have a DBS Disclosure at Enhanced level. You must also be committed to providing high-quality therapeutic services that promote inclusion, equality, and fairness.
