**Job role**:Front of House Supervisor

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (35 hours per week)

**Role overview**
- Introduction to the role:_

The role of the Front of House supervisor is to oversee our national front of house operation, ensuring that the highest level of client care and personal service is provided to all employees, visitors, and clients within Hill Dickinson.
- Introduction to the team:_

The front of house team are the face of Hill Dickinson and offer impeccable client service to visitors and colleagues. You will be joining a team who have won awards for their hard work, commitment, friendliness, and overall client service. Being part of the front of house team offers an opportunity to meet new people and to be a part of a team delivering successful meetings and events to our clients.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supervise and line manage the Front of House Team Leader’s across all of our locations..
- Travelling to all of our UK offices regularly to oversee the front of house operation.
- Liaise and co-ordinate with external agencies in managing the FOH service.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, legal hearings, events and training sessions
- Maintain and keep clean the kitchen area, clean crockery, whilst also maintaining stock levels nationally.
- Undertake data analysis for interpreting and presenting to key stakeholders to continuously improve our service.
- Always keep to the front of house service level agreement to deliver the best possible client care.
- Cover for reception staff in the event of annual leave or sickness.
