We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Mecca Bingo. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venues, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acknowledge and assist customers in all areas, providing a high level of service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Live our values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions, embodying the Mecca Bingo culture.
  • Collaborate with the hosting and wider casino team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Promptly maintain the building, facilities, and all Rank assets, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Report, fix, and escalate all equipment and building issues, working closely with the management team.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for the club, in consultation with the management.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and checks, liaising with local authorities and Rank health and safety managers as required.
  • Encourage a culture of preservation, protection, and safety in the club at all times.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of current statutory, safety, and health regulations.
  • Experience in facilities or building management in any industry.
  • Any relevant technical qualifications.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and deal with unprecedented situations.
