Key qualifications include:

  • Possession of a Level 3 Diploma in Working with Children and Young People or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in direct engagement with at-risk youth
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and benefits available to young people

Main duties involve:

  • Offering personalized support to young individuals transitioning from care
  • Developing and assessing detailed transition plans
  • Assisting care leavers in various life domains
  • Working collaboratively with multiple agencies to secure favorable outcomes
