Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement programmes that support young people in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with our Outreach and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to young people, helping them overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes
  • Work closely with employers and partners to champion the support and learning needs of our young people
  • Deliver employability sessions and training to young people, both in-person and virtually
  • Maintain accurate records of information and data on our young people, volunteers, and partners
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an individual who shares our passion for creating a brighter future for young people. As our Youth Development Lead, you'll be a champion of equality, diversity, and inclusion, with a proven track record of implementing local action plans that support our EDI goals.

You'll be a natural communicator, able to build strong relationships with our young people, volunteers, and partners. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances and wear different hats will be essential in this role.
