About the Role:
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in driving improvements across our recruitment process, with a focus on becoming an employer of choice for candidates in all roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and reduce reliance on agency staffing.
- Work collaboratively with directors and managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Own the redeployment process for dedicated directorates, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for employees.
- Support daily recruitment activity, prioritizing tasks with recruitment officers to increase output and meet business needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador for PARK Senior Villas Chandler, providing exceptional service to stakeholders and candidates.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement best practices, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
