Recruitment Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Henderson Brown Recruitment Ltd. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process and working closely with hiring managers to ensure efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Schedule Interviews: Ensure seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage Offer Letters and Contracts: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of contracts.
  • Manage the New Starter Process: Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Responsible for Checking and Uploading Right to Work Documents: Verify and upload necessary documents to maintain compliance.
  • Accurately Use and Maintain the ATS (Applicant Tracking System): Ensure accurate records and efficient use of the system.
  • Update Talent Databases: Maintain accurate records of availability, skills, and profiles.
  • Serve as a Point of Contact for Talent Inquiries and Concerns: Provide excellent communication and support to candidates.
Requirements:
  • Strong Administrator: Organized and process-driven with excellent administrative skills.
  • Proactive and Confident: Able to apply initiative to tasks and work independently.
  • Computer Literate: Proficient in using new systems and technology.
  • Positive Attitude: Willing to learn and develop with a growth mindset.
