As a Junior Sister / Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading shifts, supporting your team leader, and contributing to the development of junior staff and student nurses.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the teaching and supervision of junior staff and student nurses, helping to lead and manage their development.
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients and their families, working within both the nursing and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide evidence-based, holistic care to a wide range of patients.
- Observe and adhere to the rules, policies, procedures, and standards of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, as well as relevant statutory and professional obligations.
