Quality Assurance Lead

Candour Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our team in Altrincham. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for building a robust testing framework and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression, performance, and security testing.
  • Design and implement a scalable and maintainable automated testing framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Development, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and create acceptance criteria.
  • Validate that all deliverables meet defined quality standards and acceptance criteria before deployment.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven mentoring skills.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead QA Engineer.
  • In-depth knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in working with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of two stages: an initial interview with the Head of Department, followed by a more in-depth interview with a cross-functional team.

Please note that candidates must be local to Altrincham for office-based work and must have full right to work in the UK.
