About the Role

BATCAM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse and Office Operations professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and office, ensuring seamless coordination of equipment and resources for our live events and productions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the incoming and outgoing equipment to events, including coordination with our production team and logistics providers.
  • Implement and maintain scheduling software for coordinating kit movement, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Oversee a team of prep technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Manage our resources software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of equipment and resources.
  • Coordinate equipment carnet for shipping to international events.

Requirements:

  • Past experience working with broadcast/camera equipment.
  • Ability to learn new skills and integrate into our systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with equipment scheduling software (Current RMS).
  • Technology proficiency.
  • Knowledge of cameras, connectors, and gimbals.
  • TV/Broadcast knowledge.
  • Drone knowledge/experience.
