We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing new product launches and campaign execution, including point-of-sale, visual merchandising requirements, media creation, proofing, managing purchase orders, internal communications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Launches & Campaigns: Oversee new product launches and campaign execution, including:
    • POS and VM requirements
    • Media creation and proofing
    • Managing purchase orders and internal communications
    • Documentation and project management
  • Sampling Logistics: Manage production logistics for sample requirements, including:
    • Liaising with suppliers and warehouses
    • Shipping and distribution management
    • Creating content for sample communications
  • Photoshoot Coordination: Book and source all needs for photoshoots, including:
    • Coordinating with agencies and suppliers
    • Managing stock and logistics
    • Assisting with styling and art direction
    • Handling related administrative tasks
  • Event Management: Coordinate logistics and sourcing for conferences and trade events, including:
    • Stock and event setup management
    • Collateral creation and promotion
    • Staffing and administrative duties
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for improving marketing functions, streamlining operations, and achieving cost savings in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualification: A degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Marketing campaign management.
  • Skills: Proven experience in creating marketing collateral across various mediums, strong project management skills, and proficiency in using inventory management systems, CRM, digital marketing platforms, and CMS.
  • Additional Requirements: A full driver's license, knowledge of B2B sales and retail operations, and an interest in interior design.
