Job Summary:

Ingeus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of participants and develop effective relationships to understand their individual needs and create personalized support plans.
  • Partner with participants to identify career opportunities, address employment-related barriers, and develop comprehensive action plans to achieve sustainable employment.
  • Provide job search support, including guidance on job boards, digital profile optimization, and CV development.
  • Ensure participants have up-to-date and professional CVs, supporting statements, and covering letters tailored for each application.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in a performance-target-driven environment.
  • Desire to help people and make a positive impact.
