Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Advisor to join our team at Ingeus. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 9 months to find sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Effective Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with participants, working collaboratively to identify and overcome any potential barriers preventing them from returning to work.
  2. Develop Comprehensive Action Plans: Partner with participants to create tailored action plans to identify appropriate career opportunities, address employment-related barriers, and progress towards sustainable employment.
  3. Provide Job Search Support: Guide participants to register on relevant job boards, ensure their digital profiles are up-to-date and visible to employers, and provide support in creating professional CVs, covering letters, and supporting statements.
  4. Work in a Performance-Driven Environment: Demonstrate experience working in a performance target-driven environment and a commitment to delivering results.
  5. Make a Difference: Show a genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact in the lives of our participants.
