About the Role

As an Employment Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their strengths, skills, and career aspirations. You will provide personalized guidance and support to help them develop job-ready skills, secure employment, and achieve long-term career success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Offer tailored advice and support to clients, helping them develop job-ready skills and secure employment.
  • Caseload Management: Manage a caseload of clients, providing them with guidance on their journey to work.
  • Job Matching: Use your recruitment experience to match clients with suitable roles, and support them in job applications and interview preparation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with employers, training providers, and other partners to build relationships and secure job opportunities for clients.
  • Workshops & Training: Lead workshops that prepare clients for the job market, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
  • In-Work Support: Provide ongoing mentorship to clients even after they've secured roles, ensuring they thrive in their new jobs.
