Reward & Employment Tax Advisor

Permanent Role:

This is a remote opportunity available across the UK. The ideal candidate will take charge of a team of skilled reward and employment tax specialists, providing guidance to organizational leaders on the development and execution of reward equity and bonus policies, as well as ensuring compliance in payroll processes, particularly for individuals who are mobile across borders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering expert counsel on the formulation and execution of reward equity and bonus policies, alongside the design and documentation of processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding related to incentive compensation, especially for internationally mobile personnel.
  • Providing consulting services for cross-border equity and cash income tax, as well as social security calculation compliance.
  • Utilizing technology to enhance the efficiency of these services.
  • Preparing comprehensive global payroll reports to assist clients in fulfilling their reporting and withholding responsibilities concerning long-term incentive awards for mobile individuals, including RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses.

Prior experience in reward or employment tax within a corporate or consulting setting is essential. Additional expertise in global mobility, compensation, and taxation is highly advantageous.
