Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team at PPM Recruitment.

Job Summary:

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of various sites, including grass cutting, litter picking, strimming, edging, hedge cutting, and weed control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out grass cutting and lawn maintenance using mowers and powered tools
  • Pick up litter and debris from grounds
  • Strim and edge around trees, gardens, and other areas
  • Cut and maintain hedges and shrubs
  • Control weeds and maintain ground surfaces

Requirements:

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or a related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor
  • Valid driver's license
  • DBS clearance
