Job Title: Part Time Sales Associate - St Pancras

Fortnum & Mason is seeking an exceptional Part Time Sales Associate to join our busy St Pancras store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class service to our customers, showcasing our luxury products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every customer
  • Develop a deep understanding of our luxury products, including their features, benefits, and uses
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the visual merchandising and presentation of our products, ensuring a cohesive and appealing store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for luxury retail and a desire to work with high-end products
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with a willingness to work a rotating rota and contribute to the success of the store
