We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial contact to job completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses to resolve issues.
- Plan and coordinate delivery schedules, engineer assignments, and other operational tasks.
- Track work progress and update customers on the status of their jobs.
- Organize travel arrangements for engineers and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records and data, utilizing internal systems, MS Office, Sage, and SAP.
- Raise invoices and perform general administrative tasks.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service administration or operations capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive salary range of £25,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will have access to on-site parking and be close to travel links.
