Service Desk Analyst

The Junior Service Desk Analyst role is part of our Technology, Service Desk team, responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services, and end-user computing. As the first point of contact for all Technology-related queries, excellent customer service and technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for IT applications, business services, and end-user computing
- Drive improvements to user-facing services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with service desk systems and asset management
- Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role, supporting corporate business
- Experience with service desk systems, onboarding/offboarding, and asset management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, focusing on customer satisfaction
- Process-driven and excellent verbal and written skills
- Task management and prioritization, adhering to SLAs and KPIs
- Working knowledge of Kanban or agile methodologies
- Understanding of auditing and certification procedures
- Experience with databases on Linux, such as MySQL or Postgres
- Understanding of TCP/IP networking
