Strike Mission Planning Systems Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join MBDA's team that develops and delivers Mission Planning systems, a key sub-system of a Deep Strike MBDA weapon system, to an Export Customer Base.
Job Title:Strike Mission Planning and Control Systems Engineer
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a small group of engineers on a day-to-day basis, ensuring suitable planning to maintain project progress and deliver on time and on cost.
- Strong systems engineering background with an appreciation for considerations across the full lifecycle.
- Systems engineering practitioner with a proven record working with requirements and design in a hierarchical and traceable structure under configuration control.
- Experience with DOORS NG (Classic acceptable) and IBM Engineering Workflow Management (formerly Rational Team Concert).
- Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering and SysML would be beneficial.
- Company bonus: Up to £2,500 (based on company performance and will vary year to year)
