Job Title:Strike Mission Planning and Control Systems Engineer
Location:Bristol
Dynamic Working:We strive to accommodate a flexible approach to on-site and remote working, aiming for 3-5 days onsite a week.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to lead a small team and ensure the successful delivery of our Mission Planning and Control products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, with experience in managing projects and teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a small team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong systems engineering background with a focus on lifecycle considerations.
- Proven experience working with requirements and design in a hierarchical and traceable structure under configuration control.
- Proficiency in DOORS NG and IBM Engineering Workflow Management (formerly Rational Team Concert).
- Experience or understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering and SysML is highly desirable.
