Strike Mission Planning and Control Systems Specialist

Our client, a leading defence organisation, is seeking a highly skilled Strike Mission Planning and Control Systems Engineer to join their team.
Job Summary:We are looking for a talented engineer with a strong background in systems engineering and a proven track record of developing and managing small teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling strike missions, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage a small team of engineers to ensure project progress and delivery on time and on cost.
- Strong systems engineering background with an appreciation for considerations across the full lifecycle.
- Systems engineering practitioner with proven record working with requirements and design in a hierarchical and traceable structure under configuration control.
- Proficiency with DOORS NG, IBM Engineering Workflow Management, and experience or understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering.
